A prescription for allergy medicine?

Another example of government trying to tell us how to live out lives! It's not bad enough that you have to go to the pharmacy counter and beg for an allergy or cold medicine from behind the counter and flash your drivers license, but the Kansas State Senate wants us to have a prescription?

I would be in the doctor's office all the time then. What a waste of time and money. Leave it the way it is! Criminals would find ways around the law, but the legitimate consumer would be forced to go and see a doctor for a product that doesn’t require a doctor’s advice to be taken safely and effectively.

The concern is that they want to curb meth production and hopefully use. This bill is not going to eliminate meth in the State of Kansas.
