KS Lawmakers may fund Arts Commission

As Reported by The Witchta Eagle

A state Senate committee has taken out their Crayolas and blank white paper towards the first step in funding the Kansas Arts Commission for next year. Governor Sam Brownback's budget didn't allocate enough money for the Crayolas because he wanted to move it into the Kansas State Historical Society and create a foundation with different shades of green to raise private funds to promote the arts. Such a bad idea! I wish the governor would think more in color instead of shades of black and white.
